Understand rental and wallet credit
Read the two parts of your account without confusing a recharge with a rental invoice.
Open Billing in HQ A group administrator opens Billing in HQ. The wallet is shared across the group, including when Billing is opened from a particular venue.
Read venue rental The rental area shows the subscription state, billable venue count and the available invoice information. Use the displayed figures for your account rather than an old guide's quoted price.
Read wallet credit The wallet pays for metered usage. A manual or automatic recharge adds credit; it is separate from rental. Only cleared funds are available to spend. A pending recharge is not a usable balance yet.
Check before confirming Campaigns and creation tools show the applicable cost or confirmation. Read that before proceeding. A saved draft is different from a completed paid action.
