Subscriptions include a 7-day free trial, with card details taken before the trial begins. No subscription payment is taken during the trial. After the trial, subscription fees are charged monthly in advance.
Top up your wallet before you use paid services. Cleared wallet funds pay for usage, including email and SMS, when you use them.
Monthly statements itemise the previous month’s wallet usage as already paid. It is not charged again.
