- Help articles can now be made public when they are published, one at a time or in a batch
- Past dates are greyed out and exact text send times are now easy to pick
- Fixed the email editor so the text you're editing appears at the top of the sheet, above the font and style controls, and stays visible when the keyboard opens.
- Photos now play in the reel preview with their chosen pan and zoom movement
- When Pip cannot finish the copy check you can carry on, as long as every photo is safe
- Pip keeps the checks that finished, even if one photo check times out

- The reel editor now flags a broken scene before you export and points you straight to it

- A slow copy check on one social channel no longer wipes the results for your other channels

- You can now set your background music volume on its own, separate from the rest of the sound.
- Background music plays at the right speed in your finished videos.
- Finished reels can be posted again and reused for the same venue instead of getting stuck.
- If a video is too big to upload, you now get a clear message saying why.
- Your saved clips stay where they should in My Videos after an update.
- The Signature frame has a smarter look, with a rounded warm gold border and a neater second line.
- Setting up a venue is easier: search for it by name and save your brand voice answers yourself.
- Setup is easier to move around, and it only counts as finished once your venue is live.

- The video preview in the editor now plays smoothly on your phone, with all eight scene transitions shown as they will really look
- Videos show an honest queued message while they are being made, and if one cannot be made the app names the scene causing it; trimming a scene no longer breaks the finished video
- Saving in the photo editor no longer sticks on a spinner, and the colour and see-through controls are easier to use
- A notification the app has not seen before no longer crashes it
- Your plan is more honest: finished and skipped jobs drop off the calendar, your week updates when you remove something, and the app says when it could not load your tasks rather than telling you there are none
- New Today, Future and Archive tabs on the Plan page so you can see what is coming and what is done
- Set how often your customers can be messaged, and if a send is held back you are told why and by which rule
- Pip scores your photos, gives you a nudge when a shot is weak, and picks your best picture for emails

- Videos from posts you do not own now play inside the app instead of sending you off elsewhere.

- What Pip Saw and social listening keep themselves up to date, so there are no Scan or Refresh buttons left to press.
- A gentle nudge in the app and the portal reminds you to plan the month ahead.

In this release
- Finished videos are now saved on your phone under My Videos, so you can play them again or open them up and change them.
- You can now see your transitions and hear your music playing while you edit, instead of waiting for the finished video.
- The text editor for reels now floats over your video, effects move as you pick them, and there is a clear button to close it.
- Record video is back in the post builders, and videos you pick from your camera roll now import properly every time.
- Lists scroll wherever you put your finger, not just at the very edge of the screen.
- Pip now plans one social post and sends it to your Facebook, Instagram and TikTok together.
- Once a post is live, Pip can offer to put money behind it, and only ever spends what is left in your budget.
- Scan now tells you plainly what went wrong, and waits a moment and tries again instead of just failing.

- Setting up a venue is much quicker — Pip looks up your venue details for you, so there is far less to type in.
- Reviews from TripAdvisor and OpenTable now appear alongside your other mentions, together with your Instagram comments.
- You can edit and copy a reply before you send it, and check for new mentions whenever you want.
- Plan a whole month in one go — set your goals, change any campaign you like, and say yes to the lot with one tap.
- New video templates to start from, with text and overlays you can change right on the video.
- Photos can now be used in a video scene, and you can drag frames to the size you want.
- A clip you record now plays back when you review it, forms no longer hide behind the keyboard, and you can see how your reel export is getting on.
- Text messages now go only to the audience you picked.
