Get started as a content contributor
Capture the everyday moments that show what makes your venue special.
Check your available work
Open Home when you sign in, or follow a work notification. Look at the requests available to you and what your general manager or marketing team needs.
Read the shot guide
Open the request. Read the instructions and inspect its example image before capturing. A photo example can explain the framing for a video too.
Capture and submit
Take the requested photograph or video, or use the upload option offered. Attach it to the right shot and check that it saved. If saving fails, use the request's retry route rather than assuming the team received it.
Keep learning and sharing
Use Academy for picture and video tips. Chat with teammates about completed work and share useful ideas. Your content helps the venue show its real character; publishing campaigns is handled by the marketing team.
