Find and reuse your media
Use the library to choose photos, videos and organised folders.
Open the library
Use Media library from the app or open it from a photo/video chooser. The library contains content available for the selected venue.
Find the right item
Use search, the media-type filters and folders where available. Check the item itself, not just its thumbnail.
Add and organise content
Use the library's upload or capture controls to add material. Organise related content in folders with clear names. Check that an upload has completed before trying to use it in a campaign.
Reuse it appropriately
Choose the item from the campaign's media picker. Keep the original available when creating edited versions. Check rights, private background details and the format needed for the destination.
Check saved changes
After editing or moving content, find it again in the library. If an item is unavailable, use its recovery action rather than treating a missing thumbnail as a deleted file.
