Use Pip’s check before sending

Resolve required fixes and decide which optional suggestions to apply.

Check the exact draft Run Pip's check on the message and media you intend to send. Read each finding and the part of the draft it refers to.

Apply useful fixes Use Apply where a correction is available. Review the changed wording or content afterwards. Apply-all controls are useful only when you have reviewed the proposed changes.

Know what can be dismissed Optional guidance about tone, structure, brand fit or presentation can be dismissed. Required corrections for visible spelling mistakes, unsafe content or broken sending details must be resolved. An unavailable check cannot be skipped to send.

Check changes again Editing text, photos, links or other reviewed content makes the earlier check stale. Use Check again before continuing.

Read any venue requirement If head office has explicitly set a minimum quality requirement, follow what the app displays. There is no universal score or image-size promise in this guide. Pip's advice helps you improve work; it does not guarantee every fact or image is correct.
