Write and send an SMS
Create a concise message, check it and choose eligible recipients.
Start a text
Open the action menu and choose SMS. Start your message or ask Pip for help, then open the composer.
Write one clear action
State the offer or event, the key detail and what the reader should do. Check any date, price and link. Watch the segment and cost information as you type.
Review the message
Run Pip's check. Apply corrections, resolve required fixes and dismiss optional advice only when you are happy with the result. Re-check after editing.
Choose who and when
Select an appropriate contact list. Only eligible SMS contacts can receive the message. Choose the time and inspect the reachable count and final cost shown.
Confirm the send
Read the final preview and tap the send or schedule action when ready. Preserve the required opt-out text. Check the outcome afterwards: scheduled or queued is different from delivered.
If something fails
Read the message and check the campaign status before retrying. Do not resend to the whole list simply because results are not yet available.
