Choose the channels for a social post
Publish to the right connected accounts and inspect each outcome.
Choose the destinations In the social post builder, select the connected channels you want. The app offers only compatible destinations for the post type.
Check each preview Review how the photo or video, caption and required details appear for each destination. Complete any platform-specific fields before continuing.
Keep connections separate If an account is missing or disconnected, inspect Settings → Sending and channels. Head office manages the publishing connections in HQ.
Check the outcomes separately After confirming publication, inspect each destination's result. A successful channel does not mean all channels succeeded. Use the recovery shown for a failed destination.
