Work through a task
Read the brief, take the next action and check that your work has saved.
Open the task On Home, open the task or tap Start now. Read what is needed before taking photos, making a post or starting another campaign.
Follow the brief Check the date, requested content and available action. If the task is a content request, open its shot guide and example before capturing anything.
Save the result Use the action provided for that task. A saved draft, uploaded photograph or scheduled campaign is a different result from a delivered message or published post.
Check the task afterwards Return to your work list and inspect its status. If the app shows an error, do not assume the task completed. Read the message and use the offered recovery action.
Ask for help Use the question mark beside the action for its guide, or chat with Pip about what the brief means.
