Choose who receives your email
Select a list and understand the eligible recipient count.
Open Who · When Continue from your checked email draft to the audience screen.
Select one list Tap the list you want. Read its total contacts and reachable-by-email count. Pip sends only to eligible email contacts, so this can be smaller than the list total.
Check permissions separately Being present in Contacts does not mean someone can receive email. Their email preference, address and opt-out status still matter. SMS permission is separate.
If there are no contacts Use Go to contacts, upload an appropriate list, then return to your draft. Do not switch on a channel merely to increase the send count.
Confirm the audience Check the selected list again in Final preview before sending or scheduling.
